Rental Policy
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental subtotal or $100, whichever is lesser, is required to secure your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward the total balance of your rental.
50% deposit is requires on orders over $750
CANCELLATION
If notice of cancellation is received 14 days or more before the event date, the full deposit amount may be applied toward a future reservation.
If notice of cancellation is received between 7 and 14 days before the event date, 50% of the deposit may be applied toward a future reservation.
If notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
In the event of inclement weather, Tent Pro LLC will work with the customer to reschedule the rental (subject to availability) or issue a rain check valid for 12 months.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due at the time of delivery.
We recommend completing payment in advance if using Venmo or PayPal to avoid processing delays on the day of delivery.
We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card, Venmo, and PayPal transactions.
Cash payments do not have a processing fee.
